Continuous Personalized Care
At the time of admission, an individualized care plan is prepared by the administrator and family.
This ensures that the resident’s needs are met physically, mentally, and emotionally. All residents are monitored regularly, and if their needs change, the family and doctor are notified and the care plan is revised. Even if there is no change in their condition, we review all care plans annually and work with families to ensure our plan is accurate. Since every resident is unique, we depend on families to help us modify the care plan along the way. Despite all our experiences and skills, you know your elder better!
